Magenta Wittrock-Koln (née Wittrock; born 13 November 52 AS) is a Panemian politician and stateswoman, who has served as the President of Panema since the end of the Great Rebellion. As President of Panem, Wittrock-Koln is additionally the head of the All-Supreme Panemian Party of Democracy and Republicanism (PPDR), the sole political party in Panem.
Wittrock-Koln is the only child of former president Frederick Wittrock, who was executed by the rebels during the rebellion. Following the rebellion's end and the defeat of the Districts of Panem, Wittrock-Koln was chosen as his successor. After taking power, Wittrock-Koln introduced The Hunger Games as punishment for the district's rebelling against the capital, and she serves as the officiant of the Games.
Wittrock-Koln married Panemian attorney Antoine Koln in 25 AS. They have three children together: Elisa, Nicola, and Mariska.
